Once you have placed your order please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed.  Once your item is processed by our team and is ready to ship you will receive an email with your tracking information.  Same day shipping is available for select items with the cut-off time being 2pm week days.

 

Our pieces are shipped via Australia Post Standard, Express and International*

Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery nationwide.

Express 1-2 business days.

International 10-15 business days.

 

*Please note: International orders may be subject Customs Duty upon arrival in select countries countries payable by the receiver. For any enquires about duties please contact us at customercare@mussen.com.au.

 

For Bandage Dress orders

The Mussen Boutique Bandage collection is shipped directly from our manufacturer and slightly longer processing times may occur.  Please allow between 5 to 10 business days for delay of bandage dress styles.
